  • Word document**: Via your computer in a Word document format.
*PDF format is Adobe Acrobat files, so you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to view and print them
**If your browser is Netscape, then you need to download the WORD files to your computer and open them from Microsoft Word manually.
